The day Mr Chia decided to be "adventurous"...
Mr Chia: Let's go Queenstown la, be adventurous, the food there very nice one, long queue..

Greeted by the decapilated building at Queenstown, memories of my primary school days and his secondary school days(thats how much our age gap is) started coming back. He hanged out there during his ah beng era and me, during my innocent days when i visited Queenstown library after school for "sweet valley high" my fren, Fedora, and i often hid books in the library so that it will be available the next time we visit the library again.

So... we were searching for the "famous" food he is referring to.. i was greeted by a super lok cok hawker centre where most of the stalls are closed.. His famous chicken rice stall only had miserable pieces of shio bak left. Then i realised there were some more stalls behind. Indeed, i saw a long queue.. for this famous Hai Kee teo chew char kway teow.

I queued like 40 mins for just 1 plate of it(i had nv done so before, it was cos i wasnt hungry and curious about the queue). Not bad.. yum yum and the uncle is very generous with his cockles, there were like half a plate of cockles.. Then we had western food as well.. hmm... not bad..
