We had a out-of-office session last Wednesday. Some business meetings in the morning at a country club and afterwhich the whole sales & marketing went for a soccer session at THE CAGE at KALLANG!!!! Sales & marketing have head counts of around 80 people. I have been waiting to exercise for long!! Brought my gym gear to office cos my manager said we shall go gym during lunchtime at our head office, but it never happened, we always ended up having something to do or just going for weight gaining activities instead of the exercise haha.
So, the cage! was dam fun!!! 5 a side, mix of ladies and gentlemen a team. Running around like mad woman and got myself some nasty bruises. I stayed back to play some more when the event ended, fun fun fun!! Muscles ache on the next day. Feel good though, am sure i worked out every part of my body.
