Ahhh!! Next is Alvin and my Birthday celebration. Yes, we have the exact same birthday hee... Since i had a paper on 2nd December i had to hold a belated celebration. If not for Alvin's insistence, i would rather not celebrate cos celebrating is so much of a headache, and i missed Rene's one too... but i made it up by planning a surprise with Mer! with Pretty cuppies from Carnival & Co(heard from Mitch) we ordered like 2-3 weeks in advance as they are really hot... THANK YOU EVERYONE for gracing the party and the lovely presents even if you had not turn up...So glad... Phew... Having a joint celebration is really not easy... Location, food, cakes, people to invite so that there wouldnt be awkward alone guests, decoration, etc....
I wanted one that will please everyone, one that will make all my guests going home thinking it was a good party... we start sourcing for the place pretty last minute... no more chalets left. Thought of hotel suites, function rooms, tents on the beach etc... Quarrel with him a bit over all these details organising thus really hope it was enjoyable for everyone thus making our effort worthwhile...
After i finished my paper, we rushed to places to settle the details.. phew.. really grateful towards my smu girls, Corina, Xueling and Gracie who came early to help me decorate as i need to rush to pick up the lovely cuppies and then to Aloha loyang to surprise Rene~~~ hehe it was worth it, seeing the tears from her eyes hahaha she was REALLY SURPRISED! YAY!

I myself loved the party... there were beer, bottles of alcohol(stupid martell gave me headache), great food!!, Pretty Cupcakes(really love them), and pretty people!! Total costs was more than $1000 but worth it... only regret and greatest regret: NOT ENOUGH PHOTOS... sigh... really sad... oh wells! Photos to be uploaded soon! =)
