Phew...
Had a strenuous week.. worked till 10 pm for 2 days outta 5.. friends are sayin im working too hard cos its just an internship! They take MCs as and when they like.. hmm.. partly cos they dont enjoy their work la. I like what i am doing, and i would like to continue in this field in future that's why i am trying hard to do all tt i needa do. However, other interns at my place seems to have it easier. hmm.. and i had been dreaming abt work even when i sleep.. that's pretty bad as i cant get rested well enough. Is it that traumatising? Guess i have to take it slow and steady, otherwise i will be burnt before 11 Aug.

Pleasant news to hear from SIFE that i could go to Paris with them, represent Singapore in Sife competition(for only $400). However, it is not confirmed though. But because of this, i cancelled my Bangkok trip with Caline, lee and gang. Cos needa save up for it in september. Sigh.. hope no hard feelings eh buddy lee. Just hope that on sch's side, nothing cropped up otherwise i cancelled my plans for nothing.. that will not be very nice.. hmm..

I had a wonderful weekend. Forced myself, really, to stop thinking about work and stop Alvie to talk about work too.. cos i realised even our conversations hovered around work, career.. n tt reminds me of my work as well. Missed days when we talked rubbish.. whisper sweet nothings.. carefree.. but guess things we talked about changes according to different period of our lives, he is quite career-minded now.. its good also but, i really wish anytime after 9-6 to be workfree, ok sch stuff needs to be attended, fair enuf, but at least weekend work free.

I had a great weekend though. Met up with my secondary school frens for the saturday matches, Germany+Sweden and argentina+mexico. We all lost money on Argentina, they suck totally during the match, so disappointing. I have yet seen a wonderful match for this season. It was a relaxing and entertaining gathering, jokes and pokes haha so fun.. left at 5 am and realised Alvie got a ticket for parking without coupon and that added more oil to his lost on the match. Damn suay.. oh well..

Alvie got me a new phone, sony ericsson k750i. Nice phone hoho, im not a very gadget person, as long as its useable n nice i can accept it. I wondered to myself and Alvin, how come Mainland chinese girls can really squeeze big gifts out of their beau?
and i oso wondered what is it in them that makes the men leave their family for them? I dont understand why they can be so selfish.
Anyway.. Asthee's party is happening! hehe so many ppl came, too bad i cant spend more time at her place.. Alvie is still sick..
